Just saw an article about the new Charger...
http://www.motorauthority.com/news/1...york-auto-show How could they??? What have they done to what was an angry, aggressively styled front end that really stood out in the crowd? I suppose at least they still have a great engine lineup with the very economical 300hp V6 and the hemi V8's...but still... Then again...I'm not a fan of the restyle of the new Mustang either...why must mediocrity and softness be allowed to creep in to what were great looking uniquely styled cars...? |

Didn't like the old charger myself. The challenger on the other hand is wall to wall old school cool.

Agree with SBCB, the current Charger is completely underwhelming in the flesh and does no credit to its heritage. The Challenger though looks horn. The Camaro and Challenger are by far the best looking Yank Iron at the moment when you see them on the streets in America, the Mustang always looks a bit feminine apart from the top spec car, and the Mustang actually looks better as a ragtop than a tintop when seen in the flesh.

Haven't made my mind up on the overly plasticised grille yet, but hell yeah, that car has a great shape and contour on the panels - not so bland like the current stock on offer here. I'd love one!
Cheers!

Looks alright to me, could do without the DRL's in the headlight though.

Love it! Looks better than the mustang in my opinion! Wasn't a fan of the older model (loved the original 70s models) but this is awesome

Needs something to break up the grill as all black looks pov pack. Otherwise not a bad looking car.

Much preferred the current model, although unless they start exporting them here it really matter little.

I think it looks quite nice.
Still looks menacing.

I like the front but what on earth happened to the back tail lights? Like wtf.
Anyway Chrysler/Dodge you have been saying for years that you are going to make it RHD and bring them here. Still no announcement. With Falcon / Commodore leaving it is now or never. Until then care factor is Zero.

I think it looks great, less brutal on the eye than the old one.

I'd agree with that. The Challenger would be my favorite car you can buy new today in the looks department. |

Aren't they talking about making DRL's mandatory on new cars?
Some are unobtrusive, but others are just annoying. Then again, my 2008 Suzuki GSX1400 doesn't even have a headlight switch...it's on all the time whether I want it or not, so sometimes "safety mentality" comes ahead of a little bit of choice on your behalf. |

Tell you what though, classic muscle, look at the size of those brakes, these things aren't designed to stop
