Default ED paint color?....

Hows it goin.

Im goin to go look at an ED futura 5spd 2morro (stock as rock, but sounds like a good car to do up) and the guy described the car as a dark blue aqua colour.

Ive never seen a falcon like this, ive seen dark blue and dark green, but never this colour.

Any pics on what this colour looks like would be much apreciated.

It could be Polynesian Green.....

I had an ED Futura this color. You would call it a green, but in some lights it changes and looks more blue aqua.

As the paintwork on mine got older, it seemed to lose it's depth and simply looked green. After a bingle, the whole front end got a fresh coat, and it came out with that same color changing in certain light.

In good condition it is a GREAT color, but it shows all marks like any dark color.

Good Luck, the ED's are a really great car.
