Default el bbm/fuel regulator?

Does EL have a removable fuel regulator on a broad band manifold?

It is pressed into the fuel rail and has a rubber o-ring on the male insertion part. It is also bolted onto the rail with 2 10mm bolts (bastards to get to sometimes)
