Hi all
i have an ef with 11 psi powerdyne blower, 3" stainless system, injectors, dual fuel pumps, ported head, crow cam, blue printed etc etc. can anyone recommend a suitable ecu (motec, autronic etc) that they have used. Tried Chip Torque but the existing ecu de-tunes it over time. |

Any aftermarket ECU should be able to run your setup. It's even possible to reprogram the factory ECU these days. Have a look at the site sponsors selling 'E-series edits'.
I use a Microtech myself, and have been really happy with it. |

Depends which model he has, powerdyne make both a internally belt driven blower and a gear driven one. The gear driven is meant to be rated to 18psi...

i have never head of the standard ecu de-tuning a chiptourqe. the chiptourqe disables the learning ability of the ecu, and throws fuel maps ect down its throat.it gets told what to do.
dont understand how it can learn to de-tune it...... it doesnt have the ability to become self aware lol
