Lightbulb Hooking up an IPod to the WS

Did everyone realise if you have an IPod Touch with the latest 3.0 software you don't need the Ford cable? To connect it to the audio system, just use the built in BlueTooth. Works a treat. :>)

But you can't use the Ford controls to change your iPod track forward etc.

Was a thread about it a few weeks ago. Issues of sound quality were raised, bit I think it's great. Mind you my iPhone and your iPod touch have a fantastic Bluetooth setup. I find the iPod Controlls useless, as when you have like 30GB of music, scrolling from A-Z using the controls is painful. That's why I love using the iPhone, as a simple scroll and I can choose my music. Make a few playlists and your set. I've done the same with a few USB sticks.

I haven't even tried my iphone yet, the 8g usb stick does the trick nicely.
