now fitted with Koya Inox R1's, the rears are 20x10 with a 40mm offset and the fronts are 20x8.5 with a 35mm offset

total of 285.5 rwkw and 642nm
when Herrod cams in 290rwkw

GSXR 750K7 with goodies, dyno'd 136rwhp,
10.567sec for the strip

Western Australia? Mines? A lot of them guys get salaries that could buy one gtp for a daily and another to sit in the shed and polish all from one yearly wage,

Couple years ago when the boom was in its height at orange a lot of p players were getting around in brand new falcons and commodores

Don't have to buy him a sheetbox, but you don't have to buy a GT either.
Supercharged V8 RWD with a inexperienced P plater is not going to end well quite often.There are plenty of other nice cars you could buy your inexperienced son.

But of course this article says nothing about who owns or bought the car.

If he has, then he's either been driving without a licence or driving on private property only. The article says he's a P-plater.

I used to live about 200m from where this happened and that whole section is like a race track, day or night. Same as the Camberwarra Drive loop right near it. It is actually part of the reason we ended up moving. There used to be a White VE Ute that smoked it up all the time and an EB XR8 that did donuts and attempts at power skids around the place. This latest accident really doesn't surprise me in the least.
