Default Custom Seats?

Does anyone have different seats in their EA-ED's like Racing seats or custom leather?

Does anyone have pics of FPVWEPN's interior? He has taken his photos down and I cant find others. Throw up photos of your seats if they are custom.

A mate bought a 2002 BMW and my velour is starting to feel dated :P I dont want to go ghia leather again either unless AU seats will fit? Any ideas what kind of effort this would take?

Does Herrod do seats like the AU/BA ones to suit early E series?

I reckon grab some half leather ghia seats and get the cloth parts retrimmed in suede. You've seen my seats, they weren't expensive and fairly easy to fit. That and some Ghia/LTD door trims would bring the interior up to scratch.

Thanks for those photos John.

I love JETXR's interior.

Thats a good idea getting the half leather stuff retrimmed.

Im in 2 minds with what to do. I want custom leather because its awesome but the weight and price compared to 2 race seats is quite a lot.

Those seats match your interior quite well ROOSTA. I like.

Yer they came out really good.. i was looking at the blue ones but yer decided grey is more likely to blend with the grey interior of most cars.. i am planning on getting the rear seat retrimmed and slighlty bolstered to match the fronts..

Cheers,
Nik

Thanks guys, I think Ill probably go with later model door trims, racing seats and get everything retrimmed to match.

I dont want to have to change the colour of all the plastics or anything so Ill get a greyish colour or something similar.

Do the EF door trims fit easily?

The seats in Fantz's EB are unreal IMO. Buy them off him :/

the Black LTD ones are owned by JohnnyFX on fordmods.
its a work in progress but the outcome should be fantastic.

That is one huuuge project if he is converting his cappa interior to black.

Dan, if I was you Id find some DL LTD seats, IMO they are the best factory ones going around that wont bankrupt you.

I know how depressing it is coming out of a bimmer into an e series (interior wise), particularly a 2002 model.

Yeah mate, I've had my race seats since my showcar XF, and now reside in the EB on the standard runners with adapter bars.

Had them for 10 years. Still going strong.

Can upload pix if you want to see them

Cheers
