A friend of mine bought one of these a year or so ago and claimed how well it was working. Then it was found he had it on the fuel return line anyway. He drives a VN tho so I guess that's to be expected :

they used i thing like that on mythbusters to see if it help fuel eco. It didn't work.

I believe it has given me more power behind the wheel. I drive a Mazda 323 Astina and I have been able to maintain about 600-650 km's per 55 litre tank and have been able to step on the gas a bit more giving me greater acceleration. So i think it was a worthwhile purchase."

How much more power can the Astina Handle , Ramming Speed !
