I still think it should be fitted by someone other than yourself because if something goes wrong, I know you, you'll blame me and the cam for your own mistake. So I'll make it clear and for all to read - if you stuff this up and don't do it properly, it's your own fault. On the other hand, if you do it right then, yer, whatever LOL.

You didn't need to post that...........

I wouldn't blame you or the cam...I'd blame my self!

I guess you always take a risk selling something to a friend. If it goes sour for some reason, the bad taste could last a while.

She's just wanting to be straight with you! Fair enough.

Get it fitted Simon.

Thankyou George.

Simon - I'm just concerned that you're going to do this the cheaper way (ie; not pay to have it fitted to save money) I wouldn't want anything to happen to your car. This cam will be heart of your engine. If it's not set right, it could be disasterous. It's pure concern Simon

Simon, buy it... But don't put it in straight away. Save up a little longer, then get the right gear, and get it fitted. You'll probably make more power, and be more reliable.

Then you can make that AU boogie!!

Short cut on installation = "Why did all my rockers shatter and valves get pretzeled?" potential thread.

Get it done right and feel confident its right.

I'm with everyone else in that if you stuff it up, you could be in for more cash to fix it... get someone who knows what they're doing to install it.

Just something of interest I've read in this, is the numbers quoted by people re: 7333 springs. That's what I'm running in mine...

Ok, so all i need to do is get the cam installed? Just get some one to install it? I don't want to buy other parts all i want is the cam dropped straight in if possible! I'll get it installed professional then!

Cheers Everyone!
