Hi guys Im planning on giving my sisters and my au a service, oil, air etc.
Im changing the fuel filter on mine though, but Im abit stuck on what connection bits do I undo?? Attached is a photo of the filter, can someone point out which ones to twist. thanks... also am i meant to drill that rivet out?? to get the filter out? |

The larger bolt is attached to the filter, you hold that one steady with one ring spanner, whilst with the ring spanner on the other (that is the fuel line) you turn to undo. Give it a mega hit with wd40 or similar lube as the nut on my fuel line was incredibly tight. Once undone, you just slide the filter out. The bracket stays where it is. Make sure you note the correct positioning of the filter as it only goes one way, but you've got a pic already so you'll have no dramas. All the best with it! P.S, I hope your sister's AU filter is the same setup! The one way clips can be a bit of messing around to get off. GK
