Default what's this for

Hi all
removed the centre finish panel last night so i could get to the back of the cig lighter.Or as they called it now power source,I now understand how
removing the radio can be a pain in the you know what.Anyway it wasn't working because it wasn't pluged in.Looking auound to see what else is behind there i found this connection the orange one taped up,Does anybody know what its for.

thanks hords
traction control would be nice,but im told that it can't be used if your on dedicated gas as i am can't remember who told me does anyone know if this is correct

That depends on the Gas system, direct injection systems will function with the traction control system with no issues however the older systems won't, that said though there is much more to the TC system than just the wiring loom and if your's isn't plugged into anything then it's likely the other components aren't fitted either.
