I was just looking at my parents BA Futura and I noticed that it has covers over the brakes which I assume are for keeping the brake dust off your rims. I thinks these are a great idea so I'vE got 2 questions:
1. Will these fot on my AU? 2.Has anyone done this to their AU? |

Mate, they have been on Falcons since EF as far as i know. Both my AU and my brothers EL have them. I don't think they are anything special, most people remove them so they can see the brakes. Personally i am with you though, they do help keep the wheels clean. I'm sure you can pick some up from Ford.

Ok must just be cause mines a forte that it did't have them. I understand why people would take them off but they are just a good idea.

I think all AUs had them, they've probably been ditched that's all. Unless of course you've had your AU from new.

Well it was my parent's from new and it never had them. At first I thought that they might look good, but I think I'll just end-up painting the calipers and learn to live with the brake dust.
