Guys... just curious what vitamin tablets do you guys take and what do they do...

I quite often get drowsy... and yeh feel burnt out... eventho i'm not... I was told to try Guarana Ginseng... That didn't have any affect on me what so ever (took them for 2 weeks solid)...

so tonight i got "Nature's own multiviamin + omega 3 fish oil" anyone else here tried it? if so what results did you have.

Cod Liver Oil, Vitamin E, Zinc + Vitamin C, Chelated Minerals, Multivitamin, Glutamine, Creatine, Protein Shakes.

Chelated minerals and Glutamine help strengthen bone formation and healthy muscle function.
Creatine is used for muscle recovery as well as helping the body absorb water into the muscles.

...Well they do say to take your vitamins so you can grow up to be big and strong.

I use Blackmore's Multi Vitamins - Men's Perfomance Multi

When I first started using them about a year ago...it felt like they were making a difference, giving me more "get up and go"....but I'm not sure if it was just the "Placebo effect"...?

ahha is this thread real? Im a little confused if skotty is taking the p|ss or not here.
Your best bet would be to go and see a chemist or heath professional rather then post up this on a car forum.

Yeah but now I've got a yeast infection. Turns out that buying different brands of Vitamin Flange can be addictive, and hazardous to one's health (ie yeast, or rashes).

I had a large range to take at one stage for my arthritis.

But since seeing a naturopath its a mixture between pills and drops.

From the doctors, Im currently slowly weening myself off of prednisolone. Im also in minomycin. (spelling)

Fish oil, gymnema, vitamin E at one stage, was also taking glucosamine, but they werent strong enough.

Im taking a mixture of drops with names as long as the alphabet (forget what they are called).

But with a decent diet and this array of pills its helping keep the body in check.
