Default side mouldings

How can I restick the side mouldings to the doors. Im going to pull them off and paint them soon when the weather clears up, I pulled the small one off the supercab area and the tape/glue doesnt look very reusable but I managed to heat it up a bit and get it back on although i did burn some of it. I was thinking sikaflex would do the job, has anyone done the mouldings before.
Thanks
Luke

Yep, Sikaflex is what all the panelbeaters use.

I'm thinking of doing the same thing, if you're talking about those rubber strips along the doors - mine are black I would love them colour coded.

Although, I'm thinking of changing them to the BA style ones - has anybody done this and got pics of how it looks?

Perfect timing. I have one fallen off and 3 curling off at the ends. OTOH they were stuck on by a panelbeater. Maybe he's the only one in the country who doesn't use Sikaflex. I was going to try Liquid Nails, maybe I won't now.

Nah liquid nails gets too hard when it dries and after time wont hold, sikaflex is still kinda rubbery once its dry
