Default Clunk when turning left

Hi all, today my car has developed a clunk when turning left from a stop start. it feels like its coming from the right side just in front of the drivers seat.

If you take a left corner at speed it does not make the noise any ideas what this could be.

Thanks.

Found out what the noise was in peak hour traffic driving with my six month old daughter and towing a trailer at a busy intersection the upper control arm come free leaving the wheel hanging sideways :

Last week I had the bushes replaced and two front shocks and new steering rack Did some one forget to tighten a bolt? :

I rang them this morning and told them about the clunk and they said bring it in tomorrow afternoon and we will have a look probably nothing :

As they were closed the tow truck parked it out side their place I will have to go there tomorrow morning and see what they say :

The what ifs are making me sick, What if it happened yesterday on the way back from the coast at 100kmm per hour. Main thing is my family is ok

On a side note I couldn't believe the abuse hurled at us as we waited for the tow truck my car is parked just after a busy intersection with hazzard lights flashing I am on the footpath with my wife and baby. If I could move the car I would of ,I know it was peak hour but people need to chill out.
