Default Premium Sound Question

Hi All,

I just bought the premium sound kit for my AU 2 XR8. What i discovered was that the single CD unit I pulled out of the dash has the socket for the subwoofer amplifier wiring.

Can the single CD unit drive the sub, amplifier and the tweeters setup ?

The reson I ask is that he 6 stack unit I purchased seems stuffed ( I know, I know they are problematic) and i would like to keep the single unit but have the sub and the tweeters running.

Plus is there anything that needs to be done to upgrade to the premium sound setup apart from plug in the amp/sub loom into the back of the head unit and plug in the amp to the power plug in the boot along with plugging in the sub and the tweeters ?

As the wiring diagrams indicated that a fuse (No 23) needs to be in the fuse panel..BUT the fuse panel seems to only go to fuse 21..Am I missing something here ?

Also who repairs the 6 stacker units in Australia for a reasonable price??

Thanks for the help..

Cheers
Engineer
