Default Yay Aircon stuffed.

Was working today then it suddenly went rather hot..
Is this the compressor dying out or does it just need regassing?

Were you at WOT? If so, this is normal. If not, then it's unusual for it just to die, so I'd get a professional to look at it; might be as simple as the flux capacitor came loose or something.

i got mine fixed the other day, the problem was the switch that turns it from hot to cold was broken therefore still allowing the hot air to come through and not just cold air. mines cold as now, you can even see "smoke" or whatever coming from the vents now

how did you fix that.. and how much was it?.. i think my heater tap is stuck open a bit too...

Nah it was working fine then seems like the compressor just stopped and it blew through ambient temperature air. Wasn't WOT.

Mine did this last week on a super hot day. I stopped on the side of the road and did a system reset and its been fine ever since!

I read that, I believe it requires climate control though.
Unfortunately my base model AU is lacking that feature =\ Not fair, even RS subarus have it.
