Looking for my old car

I'm actually looking for your help.
I'm looking for a Mk 2 Escort which was in the family until 3 years ago. It was a monza red 4 door, 2 litre manual (GL model), built in 1980. At the time I sold the car, it wore 14 x 6 globe bathurst style rims, front and rear spoilers, Koni shocks and Kmac adjustable top hats. I haven't got a rego number as it was sold unregistered.
Serial number is 85846, Serial prefix is CK4PWM, model code 11937JY.
I am keen to get in touch with the current owner to see how they are going with it, and may be prepared to buy it back for the right price if that are willing to part with it (it was in the family for 14 years so it does carry some sentimental value).
Please pm me (or email me at kbeesbee@hotmail.com) if you have seen the car or you are or know who the owner is (I think the person who bought it was from either the northern or western suburbs of Melbourne so you might have seen the car in those areas.

Its the only club in victoria that caters for Escorts apart from the Ford Four club which is pretty much motorsport orientated. If the owner is a member, the club will have the vin number details and may be able to contact them and pass your details on.
Depending on the condition of the car, (hate to say it) it may have been wrecked. Most of these cars are being snapped up by scrap dealers now as China is buying up any amount of steel they can get their hands on. Some towies I know don't even bother taking them down the wreckers as the metal is worth more than what you can make from the parts.
