Default Engine from the rubbish tip

Hi guys i was just wondering how would you go about registering an engine you found in the dump that goes, and putting it into a non going car. On the change of engine number form (WA) you need to put in engine sellers name and address.
Thanks.

Check to make sure it's not stolen or encumbered and if it's clean then put in your grandmothers name and address or how about your next door neighbours budgee, who is going to know or care?
