Default Cargo barrier install help...BLARRG

Hello,

Trying to get my perspect cargo barrier in. Ford branded, AU specific.

All I have managed to achieve thus far is to munch the out of roof lining around the mounting point on the roof.

Basically, I cannot for the life of me get the roof bracked to line up properly.

If anyone has some advice or even a picture of theirs installed I would greatly appreciate it. I'm in a bit of a rush to get it in so I can pack the camping gear.

HELP PLEASE?! :(

Matt.

Top brackets appear to be either not bent or bent exactly the same ammount and in the same way.

I've managed to screw it all in, but the roof ones were really difficult. I pretty much have to ham fist it in to compensate for about 7-10mm of being off centre.

same as mine originally, bolted it in and left it there for a while then removed it and put it back in a few times since and either body mounts have bent to suit the barrier or vice verser.......

perspex barriers suck, you will see why in about a week!!!!!!!!!!
Reflections from it make you think you have a car in your blind spots all the time,I extensivly modified mine,so I can remove the botton half of it so I can use the the split fold and make the upper section easliy removable if need be .Im going to fit mesh as it also gets too hot in the wagon for the dog on hot days!!!!!

We love our perspex barrier. As we have no dog, in Summer, it's far less space for the aircon to cool. Nice!

As for the reflections, we don't have them (or notice them).
