ok, pardon my ignorance, but what is a PWR expansion tank? and what is a stant cap?

I think that the BA one is smaller....I could be wrong though.

BA is smaller and has a different mounting point. I think the sensor is also different in them.

If your not wanting to pay big $$$$ try finding a good fabricator to make one up.
I got an expansion tank and washer bottle made for $380, good job too |

do you have to take the cap off, or is there some gauge to tell you how much fluid is in there?

Sorry but I wont be able to get picks till tomorrow sometime, rode the bike to work instead.
I'm surprised not many would make one up for you, as I would have thought welded alluminium would hold more pressure then plastic, but I wouldn't have clue bout any of that anyway. As for being ADR approved and legal, well put it this way, it wouldn't be the only illegal thing on my car |
