You can write a car off if its uninsured. Its called a statutory write off, and as such is unable to be re-registered, EVER.

Other than that, theres a financial write off as described in an above post.

is that on kings way just past the united servo on your right?

that car def is not a write off, wheel as a slight lean in it, but what doesn't. get back in it and drive away.. "no more to pay" lol

im pretty sure you can do a right at the lights, when its green, so he must of went through the red? ;)

watch out now, the driver will get a letter telling him to pay the damage to the tram (even though there wont be any, maybe a speck of paint perhaps?) mate got t-boned, and another mate was struck by a tram and knocked out, his head cracked the windscreen, if that wasn't enough, he had to pay for the windscreen(or atleast they tried to make him)
