Default Replacing side mirror

My sister took my car today and broke the passenger side mirror. The assembly has broken off the base.

I know how to remove the assembly but would attaching the current wires, actually mirror etc to the new assembly be hard to do? Or do the wreckers sell mirror, wires, assembly as a whole?
