Default Rear windscreen rubber cracked

The rubber/seal around the rear windscreen has cracked. Has this happened to anyone? Is there an aftermarket seal which i can replace myself?

Most windscreen places should be able to fix you up with one. I've had 5 AU sedans, and 3 of them have had this, but no water leakage (it's a trim item, apparently, not a seal).

Yeah, mine started flapping on the roof on our way back from a trip. I was up it in order to get home and "BANG, BANG, BANG".... scared the out of me. I crawled all around the car but couldn't see anything (it had settled more or less back into position).
Restarted driving tentatively, nothing.... got up to highway speed, same bang bang, lol. Out again (it sounded like something in the suspension had collapsed) for another look and found it.
Been meaning to replace it but I've had in mind for a little while to replace the windscreen if I kept (and painted) the car so it'll get done soonish.
Def doesn't leak water but it does collect leaves :(

I rang Ford they said you have to repalce the entire windscreen. I also rang o'brien, mr windscreen and instant windscreen and they all quoted $150. They said you have to remove the entire windscreen to change it.

Anyone know a good windscreen place who will repair it for me without charging an arm and a leg? Preferable in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

You could try using some silicon windscreen sealant to fix it yourself for only the cost of the tube of silicon (approx $10). Would be functional but not pretty!
