Looking at changinf front swaybar with my brake upgrade. should I get a 27 or 30mm? Adjustable or fixed?

It depends what you're using the car for.
Casual road use (commuting). Very spirited road use (weekends). Casual track use. Regular track use.

Either one of the fixed bars bars then IMO.
Adjustables are only worth it if you're on the track a lot and need to fine tune things for best lap times. Enough fine tuning can be done with tyre pressures and wheel alignment changes for the sort of use you want. The 27mm is probably big enough unless you're using slicks.

Agree with Sox 100%. Dont bother with Adj sways for street.
