Hi All
I Have V6. Ford Capri 4 Speed Single Rail Just Like To Know As Iam Always Buying Stuff For The Car And I Cant Remeber Were Reverse Was Was It Beside The 2nd Left Down Or Left Up Does Anyone Know The Linkages Are On The Out Side If That Helps And Iam No Were Near Putting That Box In Yet So I Dont Know ...... It sounds like you have the standard V6 capri gearbox: http://burtonpower.com/technical_1/type_f_gearbox.aspx Reverse is far left and down. Cheers Jamie |

As previously pointed out by cosworthfreak, if the linkages are on the external left-side of the gearbox, then you've got the old original V6 gearbox, not the updated version with the better 2nd gear ratio!
