Hey Everyone,
We're currently trying to build community support for a Motorsport and Entertainment precinct. The project is currently awaiting Government approval, so the more public support we can accumulate the more likely the Government is to make the right decision. This project is the result of 10 years hard work from alot of people, and will benefit many people. You can view more information on the project at IMETT Website If you could do me(and yourselves) the massive favor of adding this project to your 'Like' list on facebook, or whatever the equivalent is on twitter, and even better send the link on to all of your friends - especially those in Queensland - I would be VERY appreciative! Links to IMETT on facebook and twitter are below:

Oh great, I thought this was going to be in Perth from looking at MaTTe's location but from looking at the IMETT link alas no.
Ill support it and I will still be going to our dust bowl go kart track called Barbagallo Raceway. By the way I thought Perth was the fasted growing place in Australia.

Matte, what involvement do you have with this?
Looks and sounds absolutely fantastic, and would love to get involved with this on the ground level. |

This looks like a great idea, hopefully it will get the green light. With the public demand shown for a second & third track at mt pannorama. Hopefully the QLD government will get on board with another track too

Hey ladies and gents, sorry to post and leave all your questions hanging
I apologise for the link, I'm not quite sure how my html got so bad.. haha The project was originally designed for Perth in 1999, and was rejected by the then government for childish reasons, so we took the project over east where it was met with great support. Unfortunately as the project has been a long standing constantly developing process, the governments at power have not been consistently elected, so every couple of years the process of explaining and motivating the 'new' government starts again. There have been promising conversations since my post, however any set back is disappointing. My Father is responsible for the project development and has an array of business partners working with him. The project will be quite an impressive result once completed, and is not a matter of if, but when. The more support we can build the better, so if you or anyone you know has facebook or twitter, please get them to follow the link and click 'like' as numbers are power. Thanks for your support, this will well and truly be worthwhile even if not in your home state! Regards, Matte
