Sorry to hear about the big rip off Glenn,
I just had my Drive belt done today now goes like a cracker but I can't believe they want $115.00 I got mine done for $70.00. I found with my 100k major service when ringing around for prices the differences even between the Ford dealers was incredible one wanted $299.00 another Ford dealer wanted $400.00 plus... /boggle. |

We all seem to be fairly loyal ford people and we all have issues with Ford servicing. It would be great if we could somehow let the idiots that run the asylum know that they are ****ing off their most valuable asset.

I got some DBA slotteds, Bendix CT pads and a trans service kit supplied from a forum member today for $650.
Not bad at all, car is progressing with my mods slowly but surely now ;) |

We have a great mechanic here in Cranbourne,
replace front wheel bearings both sides machine four discs replace all pads flush brake lines replace driving light globe adjust hand brake $516.00. very happy. |
