Default Boot Release + How much

Hi there.

Just wondering how much I should be expecting to pay for a repair/replaement boot release on my AU1 XR6?

Thanks in advance.

Best bet would be to ring a few Ford dealers and see what the price difference is, the ring FTG and see if they can supply the bits any cheaper. I wouldn't think it would be more than $100.

Both the remote and dash button will not release it.

Have to do it via the manual release...

The indicator lights go off when I press any of those buttons so I know some signal is getting through.

Any ideas that would save me a trip to the Ford dealership.

it should be on the inside of the boot, like where the number plate id but inside. you will probably have to take the trimm off on the inside. and oil all the boot lock mechanism any moving part
