Default Bluetooth with Voice Control Now Standard Across the Transit Range

14/12/2012

Bluetooth® with Voice Control allows you to make and answer calls safely and hands-free without any adapters, cables or plugs and is now standard across the range

Body coloured grille and front fog lamps now standard adding a fresh, sophisticated look to Transit

Optional convenience pack offers a wide-angle reversing camera on vans as well as daylight running lights and cruise control with leather-wrapped steering wheel

Ford has made its powerful and fuel efficient Transit range even more appealing with the introduction of Bluetooth® with Voice Control and exterior upgrades across the range at no extra cost.
Bluetooth® with Voice Control allows calls to be answered and made safely through voice commands without ever having to touch the phone.

]“The Transit is designed from the ground up to meet commercial customers’ daily driving needs and the introduction of Bluetooth® with Voice Control offers these customers even more value and added safety,” said Ford Australia General Marketing Manager, David Katic.

Steering column mounted audio and voice buttons help Transit customers safely navigate audio functions and make phone calls, never having to take their hands off the wheel or eyes off the road.

Optional Convenience Packs
To further enhance the Transit driving experience, an optional convenience pack on vans offers customers a wide-angle reversing camera to help make reversing any Transit van a stress-free task.

In addition, the optional convenience packs include cruise-control with a leather wrapped steering wheel to provide extra comfort for open-road driving.

Transit also gains a body coloured grille and front fog lamps across the range, for a fresh and sophisticated new look. The optional convenience packs add daylight running lights to the exterior updates for added safety and a smart finish.

myFord Capped Price Servicing
As with all Ford vehicles built since 2007, Transit offers customers peace of mind with myFord Capped Price Servicing on all models. With MyFord Capped Price Servicing, Ford will publish the maximum price you will pay for a standard A or B service at a participating Authorised Ford Dealer.
