Default Insurance qld for FPV

Just wondering who people went with for insurance of FPV's in qld, as most seem to be very dear.

considering it is classified as Super High Performance, in NSW anyway... do you expect it to be cheap?

Cheap is relative...perhaps flesh out what you're seeing so users can advise if it's 'normal.

Try RYNO and LSV they are specialist insurers for performance and collectable type cars. My FPV is with LSV (lumley special vehicles) shannons have lost their way a bit in the last few years since being taken over IMO.

Racq?

Aami?

I was only paying $700 through AAMI to insure my 2008 FG GT sedan. How ever I live in a pretty good area which seems to make a hell of a difference. I'm 28 with a clean driving history and no claims.
