Some might find this interesting.
http://www.shelbyamerican.com/2013shelbyfocus.asp Although I cant find any info on the tune and what is changed, more or less looks like something that Walkinshaw would cobble together. Still, more customizing options are welcome!

No thanks, still good to see businesses looking closer at the Focus product.

The blue and white one looks alright but I'd want smaller "Shelby" badging as you would cop so much **** about people not believing its a Shelby product:

Is that photoshopped? The oval in the stripe on the nose doesn't line up with the ford badge.

side stripes look like an after thought. FG GT mk1 side stripes look way better (the wedge)

Ford lost the plot with the new Focus. The previous generations have looked good and stood out. This one looks like a rehashed previous gen corolla that got into an accident. |

So the aftermarket stripes are right and the badge that fits in the depression is wrong ? |

As for the looks, they are subjective, i hated them at first but i love it now. Particularly new ST. When it was released i was never going to upgrade but i ended up doing so. Pity FoA dont offer an interior that is anything like the ST, particularly seat wise. Anyway sorry for the off topic Quote:

And for the price bracket the car sits in for hot hatches, it's allready amazing handling platform......I think these look amazing and would have a blue or white one in a heart beat. Comments on looks are subjective so unlike others I won't waste my breath bagging it when others will love it Suspension....brakes....exhaust....wheels n tyres....body n decals and possibly power upgrade???. Not a lot left to touch Did a quick search.....the brakes are wildwood, pilot sport tyres, full ford racing suspension, lowered 1inch or25mm from the ST, official Shelby engine plating and numbering, plenty of engine bay and rear fascia and front fog surrounds...fake or real carbon fibre...not sure? Shelby interior aswell. Also power is up about 40-50 hp over ST. So your roughly comparing these with base AwD golfR and Sti. Price wise. Last edited by 1TUFFUTE; 21-06-2014 at 04:28 PM. |

I wonder what Carroll Shelby would say to this....
Did the blokes at Shelby ask this question themselves? |

Carroll was heading this way, into different Ford vehicles other than Mustang, before he died. He knew he needed to branch out beyond the Mustang to keep Shelby American viable.

Very true.
Had a decent search into this, seems its been in the pipework for a couple of years and they've been churning them out all of last year. Curious to know Carroll actually had any input at all though |

Guys, Carroll shellby actually did a few small FI cars before he started with mustangs. He had a passion for small hot hatches aswell.
