They are toast mate. Luckily one of the other GTF guys went there in person and got my order last week! They went out of business last week by the looks of things.

Thanks for the heads up. They are back online and even though they have no obligation to, are honouring my order from the old owners. My order should be arriving some time this week.

Customer service was great and I was told that a wider range of stock will be available soon.

Possibly a silly question but could someone tell me what difference there is between these two and which is the better?

Example:
The Ford Merchandise Store sellers a Blue Oval key ring for $4.99

The first link is the US merchandise store I think.

Difference is the Australia Tax.

Although even if you can order from the US, it'll probably end up costing more with shipping.

Yes you're right, it’s the US site and I was right, it was a silly question.

Just a quick update. The new owners have also just honoured my previous order by supplying double the number of Ford key rings I had ordered at no cost to me even though PayPal had already reimbursed me for our unfilled purchase. I must say I am pretty impressed with what the new owners have done and clearly they are prepared to win back my business as a dedicated Ford Merchandise Fan.

IMHO its great to have the Blue Oval Store back online again with a clear customer service focus. Well done guys and I will definitely back to shop and buy again.
