I believe people are bagging the OP because it appears that they used the website and an online form/email to contact Customer Service, when it's pretty clear that a phone call to either Customer Service or the nearest dealer (using the pic on post 11 for example) would've been a much quicker way to get a response in this situation.

Nope, you have a website that says customer service then that is what one can reasonably expect in 2018 so I agree it is substandard. But unfortunately this is nothing new from Ford Aus.

The OP has done nothing plenty of members haven't done before, have a vent about the awful service from Ford. 'They all do that', right?

Admittedly I probably wouldn't bother signing up to a forum just to do that.

So travelling somewhere 500KM from the nearest Ford Dealer? surprised there was cell phone coverage to look up the website..

I'm curious to know more, I'm thinking a van was towed till the trans overheated.

It's called a 6R80....always seems to have a recall, a software update, or just breaks. Hope the new 10 speed is better.
