Does anyone know what this tool is used for? It came in a tool bag I bought at auction.

It looks like some sort of hand tightened clamp bolt for something like a power drill handle. But I am guessing.

Can we have another picture next to a common coin or ruler for scale please?
Meanwhile my next guess: Dial Gauge indicator stand mount stud perhaps. What else was in the tool bag that it might belong to?

I think this may be close, my guess though would be some kind of copper tubing flanger possibly air con related. It a guess, but for an obvious hand tool it would only work on soft metal like copper. Edit: I found this https://pipefitter.com/store/two-hol...-threaded.html

Also used for installation alignment
