I'm in Brissy - saw two places at $1.28, then drove down to the woolies and got it for $1.13!! All this when I was getting it for $1.10 two days ago... Pr**ks.

$1.37 is just highway robery.

Average price in perth is $1.32 will be 10c higher in a few days with easter approaching.Price cycle my a##.They hike the prices so the penalties they pay their staff over the break don't cut into their profit margin.

$1.13! I havent seen that price for about a year. You wonder what piont it has to get too for the government to cut fuel tax and bring it back to a $1 a litre. out:

I just paid $1.44 for BP Premium Unleaded in Melton Victoria. To fill the tank $103.79 and apparently it's only going to get worse......

Payed $1.34.9 today. Do not like that feeling at all. That is for the cheap and nasty stuff (not my car). Premium just under $1.47

Just looked at the window at work tonite - $1.34.9 - same as it's been the past week. I dread what it would be in smaller towns such as Eden and the like.

If you live in Macquaire Fields, and you trade 2 bullets for a stab wound, they pay you $500 and a pack of chips and smokes. Some how you don't actually end up getting any fuel from the petrol station though - doh'

I guess you don't want to know that a few weeks back I got Unleaded (with a shopperdocket fuel voucher) for 99c a litre!! : You can imagine the size of the que though... And yes, it's a one off miracle I saw, usual price in brissy (before this whole easter thing) has been around $1.08 - $1.15 or so.

It gets frustrating these days, because of the amount of driving I do, I could save $2k a year just by guessing and trying to get fuel on cheap days... :

[edit]: TotalDriver - I don't envy you :

91 was $1.23 this morning, LPG was 57.7 (which has gone down 6 cents/litre in the past fortnight).

I'm glad I'm not doing 100km/day anymore, otherwise I'd be shelling out around $100/week just to get to and from work.

Went out last night in the falcon to buy petrol before the price hike today.

It was already $1.38 in Parramatta. I rode the bike to work...
