lol , sounds like we have some who don't like heavy metal on here ..lol , the music didn't bother me at all, neither did the words , allthough i could see why some wouldn't like it ( the words mainlly ) - i liked it all , i have allways loved rock/metal since i was a kid , still love it now too :evil3:

As i mentioned , if people want a sorta fast tune with no words/lyrics - just music (guitar/bass/drums) like the music sorta used in the F1 highlights shown on tv ( they usually use Satch or Via for that ) , i would be happy to donate an original tune for an AU video . :

hey i LOVE heavy metal. just that song is terrible. :togo: its the most overused, southern american, war propaganda-ish song ever : pic something thrashy for the music and it would be sweet!!!

Funny you mention Megadeth , one of my old time favourite metal bands . They have alot of good pump'n tunes that would suit a good Au video clip. Another good old 1 is the Dukem Nukem theme they did , just music , thats a kewl tune and would suit something like that. :lookedat:

For the record, there was probably 40 hours work on that one. They are not easy to do when you look at the amount and speed those images were belting through.

they are my favourite band... saw em last year, met the band, did the whole thing!!! they are great guys... and mustaine even remembered me when i shot him an email after the tour. :

40 hours : seems like a super long time for that clip :

like i said Casp, next time you are doing one, let me know, id like to get involved as i do this sorta stuff at uni, so it would be good practice for me to do it... if thats cool? i dont wanna cut in on anyone or anything. :

Just jump in and do one whenever you want. I'm serious about waiting to see another one. I did that one 2 years ago and, part from Bucky, no one else has really bothered to do any more.
It took me a lot longer than I thought it would and I jsut dont have the motivation to do one again in the near future.

That job you did on your clip was excellent without question, i know from messin with stuff like this in the past that it takes alot of time to match the pictures to jump out at you at the right time to match the music etc etc - to make it effective , was a job well done ;) . Anyone who puts its down i'de like to see them do better, even just the time taken to do it is worth the appluse wd . I liked it

I have to say after playing around with video editing myself it takes a fair bit of time to sift through what you need to feature. There's some footage I have that I never got around to turning into an effective clip yet.

Anyhow having said that Casper you've still got the video of Mal's car, yeah?
