Default Motivator Headers

Can anybody give me any advice on unconventional advice on headers??
I have used genie, motivators, hurricane headers but have yet to use any others on a falcon 6 ..
I believe the motiviators where the only decent headers i had fitted that made any power increase on my ebxr6..
I now have the choice of fitting a new set to my big planned auII 6 and would love to hear any bodys choice of performance headers that have the most gains???
Thanks :lookedat: :SaiyanSmi

I'd go with the pacemaker comps. seem to be the goods on the cars that have em. I got the normal pacemakers on my AU and they are pretty good. comps can only be better, just a matter of by how much.

I agree with Congo. I've heard only good things about those headers and will be getting them fitted to my car soon.

I have Hurricanes and the primaries aren't the best size (so I'm told).

Pacemaker Comps or the JMM ones seem to be the pick.

The Pacemaker 4480 comp headers have recently changed design and are probably now the pick of the bunch. I personally havent heard of motivator headers.

Would it be worth updating from the old headers?

Good question. Might be a "wait and see" situation but from what I have heard the new pacemakers are pretty good. I'll be keeping an eye on it myself.

Don't you have JMM headers on the car now? Or what it the JMM cam you had done? What was the outcome of all that anyhow?

Sorry if that hijacks the thread. We are talking about headers though! :

I think the latest 4480 pacemaker comps are hard to ignore now. New design, lots of good results so far.

Casper, how can your post be at 2:00pm if it's only 1:11pm ish?

I've noticed this a bit on the forum, is the official forum clock still not adjusted to Daylight Savings finishing?

Yeah, I think they have always been great for the I6 but I think, more importantly, the new design is working well with the VCT motors as well now. Thats where they were originally lacking, the VCT motors didnt respond as well to the old style. Now that seems to no longer be an issue.
