Default Factory Gas

I was on the holden web site looking for gas model Commodores. Can't find any? Is this because there isn't one?

2 immediate questions here.

1) Why are you looking at Holdens?
2) Why are you looking at LPG powered Holdens?

I'm curious. No not for me. Someone I know.

Yeah its a silly place to ask a holden question, but just thought someone would know to save me the trip to LS1. We have some holden fans here

Ok cool. Thanks. I often wondered whyt Holden don't go the route of offering E-Gas models like ford. I wonder what the sales numbers are on new gas models.

They do have an LPG model for the Executive, its over $4000 extra. 3 times as much as the Ford E Gas.

you could purchase factory gas back in the VR commodore days. I also think it was an option for VS and VT however it came under the HOLDEN BY DESIGN or HBD which was their fancy name for bonnet protectors, alloy wheels and gas systems. These were all Dual Fuel systems though, not dedicated gas

The biggest problem they had was blowing up the airbox, which i know early fords had similar issues.

hope that helps

If forced to decide, I would rather a dual fuel Commie, than a gas-dedicated Falcon. But I don't think we'll go there.................
