I could be wrong and I hope you will tell me because it means I have been wasting my time. Are there places where you can hire working space and automotive tools [particularly a car hoist] for a few hours or a day ?
Thanks for any help you can give me. By the way I live in Parramatta NSW.

I've never heard of such a place. I've heard of places where you can do that to spray your own car but I don't know about supplying tools and hoist etc.

Doubt there would be. Too many issues with OH&S and public liability.
