Can anyone please tell me what the difference between the standard Falcon and Fairmont is (AUII or AUIII), that is in suspension, brakes and engine.

suspension brakes and engine are the same on fairmont as a falcon. Fairmont ghia got IRS, the same brakes, and a VCT 168kw engine.
