Hi folks,
I will be leaving my car for two months to work in India over summer. The car will be garaged and covered, however was wondering if it's worth doing anything else, such as disconnecting the battery, before I go. It will not be started in the time I am away. Cheers, Ian

i'd just park it.........2 months isnt that long really to leave a car parked...
if you're really pedantic about it, disconnect battery, park it with low petrol (so you can put in fresh and not have a tank of fuel that "might" be off) and change oil and coolant if you must when you return |

if you are goin to park it for that long time, discount the battery and fill it to the top with fuel to stop rustin in the tank and keep seals in pump moist. i know it is goin to cost but once you get back replace fuel and oils and coolant then it all should be sweet. well that is my thoughts anyways. it worked everytime i've had to park it for awhile for many of reasons
