Hey all
The fairlane is up for new shocks, and i was just wondering what sorta money am i looking at for replacing all four ? It looks like the self levelling suspension has been disconnected, or taken out. The car sits pretty low at the back, pretty much level with the front, and i dont mind this, because it looks gr8. Only thing is when the car has 3-4 people in it, it bumps and scrapes . I got new tyres for the car recently, but the ride is very bumpy , the front shocks are definitely goone. While i was at the tyre shop, the guy there told me he would change all four for $1100. Thats seems quite steep... So what do you all reckon is a fair price for 4 new shocks ? 6/99 fairlane ghia and which brands do you recommend ? Thanks Tony |
