Default AFF 2nd annual Dyno Day

Guys,
With less than 2 weeks to go (Aug 11th) the AFF 2nd annual Dyno day is coming up fast and, to be honest, the AU lineup in each state is pretty poor.

How about getting behind the forums that support (and host) aufalcon.com and sign up for the dyno day in your state. Lets make it a big day for the AU's and show that they are not just a pretty face but have some grunt behind them too :evil3:

I've just made the decision to be at the Victorian event (may even throw the car on the rollers too) and would love to see a heap of AU's parked there ready to run.

Details are here:

http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=90794 Vic

http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=90795 NSW

http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=90799 WA

http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=90798 SA

http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=90796 Qld

See you all there!

I'm not competing. I've done no mods except for a resonator since the last dyno day. Plus I'd be near the bottom, no good advertisement for the AU :

I will be probably going to our one, depends on this weeks pay. I went just before ours last year and pulled 121kw, and hopefully I will have a 3 inch cat, and full mandrel bent 3 inch exhaust on plus a generic tune from the edit. Add in sparkies and spark plug leads, pod in a box, and hole in airbox, and Im aiming for maybe 130. We'll see though. Then out to willowbank to see what sort of power its REALLY making!!

I'll be amazed if Whoosha can cook sausages in 5 different states all at the same time...

I'll be running, not expecting anything flash cause of this friggin Unichip which I wanna get rid of something fierce. I'm guessing 125rwkw, thats it.

Clutch should be fine for the dyno run, I hope, its OK just not enough pressure to hold the HP, may loose a little HP thats about all I'd say...

I'll be coming along for a look. I'm not too interested in getting a dyno run with a car that has since had it's cam and unichip removed.

I was going to head along as a spectator, apart from the body kit my car is bog-stock so I don't think I would pull any decent figures!

However, another recurring event (LAN) that I love attending and help out at (setup/packup) has been scheduled for the same date, so unfortunately I doubt that I will make it along, however if I happen to feel a bit bored at the LAN I may shoot down for a while.

Either way, I'll be thinking of it and hope to see the pics!

Who cares if its stock... Its a bit of fun and you can see how your stockie goes against others.

I'll be there with the AU first up, then a sprint home to bring back the BF.

Hope there is a decent turn out, seems to be a lot pulling out at the last minute.

Last minute pull-out is the de facto AFF event standard.
