Just go to autobarn or an audio shop and ask the question, you will probally only get speakers and a headunit.

Do you want to do Headunit and Speakers or just one?
If it were me,provided your factory speakers arent totally stuffed already, go for the headunit now, and do the speakers down the track. For headunits Id probably go with something along the lines of the Pioneer DEH-P6950MP.

Mate they sound 100% better than the stock one, alot louder and more bass, they are unamped, id love to amp them, coz they'd amp well at 2ohm. Put it this way there keeping me quite happy until i can afford an after market headunit, mind you i have the premium au2 6 stacker in mine. |

If you trust Xplod. You should be able to pick up a HU for under $200, then within $300 you'd easily be able to pick up an Xplod 250w Amp and 12inch in Box. If you're not after a cheap sub/amp combo.. $300 will replace all the speakers with ease. And maybe even amp up the rears.

The polk audio 2way 5x7s I got in my car seem damn sweet for what they are.
Can't remember what they were offhand, I think less than $200/pair from Tonkins. I got a full install done including head unit hence I can't really remember specific item costs.
