Just wondering is anyone has used the paste for their pads before and if so, how did you apply it? Did you apply it to both pads or just one? Inner or outer? The instructions on the back of the bottle are a little vague.

I apply it to both pads, as the goo acts as a friction and movement cushion. I put in on at a thickness of about 2 mm.
