Hi can someone tell me what size roller rockers are in the au 2 xr8 ute? how long are the pushrods? and how good/strong are the springs and lifters?
Thanks heaps need the info before i open it up to see what needs changing with the cam upgrade?...... Thank you for any help you can give cheers peter |

Cant help you with pushrod size, the rollers are 1.6 ratio crane units, the springs arent that flash, just adequate for the job, not suitable for a bigger cam.
If you are going to do a bigger cam swap, i would suggest using quality moly retainers and collets, aswell as decent springs. I might have a set of 1.72 factory spec yella terra rollers for sale, done about 30,000 kms, YT part # ST2027 if your interested let me know. |
