yeah mate i would leave it as is,looks mint,i don't know why people have to mod these cars all the time, they normally end up with more problems in the end,not worth it most of the time.

leave it as is dude.

Thumbs up

Looks great. Nice extras in the Fairmont, with that lovely V8 note, in the best silver colour in the AU range. I wouldn't lower it either, it sits nice already.

Now for the Ghia leather interior! LOL!

De-mudflap it, lower it, put some non-gutter rashed wheels on it and go cruising.

He is right.

Slam it, polished rims, (remember to put 8's on the front & 9.5's on the back if the budget allows), Tint / no tint your call. And of course go cruising.

The colour is Meteorite and my favorite.

Looks great. Can I suggest a set of wheels that would look killer on that? Topo bad, I'm going to anyway. Get a set of Apec Apaches in shadow chrome (other manufacturers make the same wheel). 18s will do, or 19s, but I wouldn't go much better as you will lose the nice Fairmont ride. For around $1500, they are a kick-rse rim that will set the colour off fantastically.

Get them here: (they deliver anywhere in Oz):

So henry if your free next week end should come and check it out. And this one has no rust signs whatsoever in the boot corners where the strut joins. I put it down to having one of those electrolisis box thingies.
