just think of it as a chance for him to convert this poor girl over to the good side. i take it that the ute is hers as your son looks too masculine to drive a commodore.

ps thats a cruel thing for him to do... hes not too old to put over your knee...

Don't worry the 'poor girl' doesn't need to be converted... she prefers old school Fords anyway...

First of all I suggest you no longer refer to him as number 1 son. Number 2 just got a promotion :evil3:

All you can do is teach them the right things in life, but at the end of the day, they will exercise their own choices, and sometimes curiosity, not to mention the promise of something starting with "S", makes men do strange things.

My own boys (all 3 of them) are Ford mad, but sometimes they tell me that their toy car is a Holden - but it's usually when they are playing the "baddie" in cops and robbers. On the other hand, sometimes the car is Holden because it is a cop car (I've only ever been pulled over by Holden driving cops). But when they play racing - they fight over who is Lowndes, and who is James Courtney etc. The only Holden drive they like to be is Jason Richards, because I have a soft spot for him (not that way - in a racing kind of way).

So...to summarise, sounds like it Melz' fault. Don't punish yourself over it; she has something you don't!

Greetings all....

I dont know how to defend my actions. :

I have not gone mad or insane..... I hope.

I cant help it if my lovely girlfriend drives a car from the dark side.. :

At least she has a XB in the shed along with half a dozen other cars.

One thing I was told very early on is that, Its not a Holden its a Storm.
Thats now what I have to keep telling myself. :

I wish......I have been TOLD It's not going anywhere :

On second thoughts.

Maybe I have started to go slightly mad..:

I handed the keys to my ute over to a girl :togo:

However I must say Melz handled the beast quiet well.. :eclipsee_

A bit more practice with my mo fo clutch and I may never get the keys back....

Ohh yeah before i sign off, I must say Melz did help clean my ute inside and out.
Thanks sweetie :

you can imagine my die-hard holdan fan friend's horror when his son was asked to choose a school bag at the shop and went straight for the Ford bag....he wouldn't be swayed either...he says his son liked the retty blue colour' but i think it was that natural instinct kicking in... :P

He still has that bag 2 years on and treasures it greatly lol.
