Default SO.. i hooked up my pod

sounds good above 2000

Feels like it kicks down a little quicker when i put my foot down, but that's about it.

Spent about $80 on some piping, rubber hose connectors and clamps and it looks sweet as. Purely bling factor I would take a photo, but i know you guys have seen it a billion times!

On a side note, anyone who wants:
a K&N panel (cost me $60)
a 3" intake from airbox to memorex hose (cost me $60)
a 2.5" to 3" adaptor for the intake
a 3" blue rubber hose connector (cost me $10) (not needed, but left over from my pod adaption)
a 3" T-Bolt Stainless Steel Clamp (cost me $8) (also not needed)

and wishes to swap me 2 x 6packs of Becks and may live around the Hills area, let me know

My intake heats up like a mofo! Goes well for the first 5-10 minutes, and then you notice a doughiness start to set in.

There's heat wraps available, or you could get it HPC coated.

I tested temps with this on aroud a 15 degree morning, after my 32 ks drive to wrok, it was 18 degrees at the pod, and 22 degrees at the throttlebody, thats with pacie comps in the engine bay as well.

Well, heres mine, I used an Xstream K&N pod, 3inch mandrel s/s intake, ticky snorkle, and front cut out of the airbox. I had to use an oil breather filter, as the connections werent right.

Thanks. It came with the turbo kit I bought and sold, but I kept the good parts, like the exhaust, and the intake.

Cam is going to be going in on the 15th

I told Joe that i have a capa box and he is going to custom tune it for me, he said that is by far a better option than doing what he was going to do with some billet thingy with no tune.

He would like to see how it goes without a tune to prove he knows what he is on about when he says his cam doesn't need a tune, but he said seeing as i have the box, to forget about it.

Looking forward to the improvement

Nowhere does it say that, it does say that he is selling a panel filter though which was immediately bought by another member.

OMG some people are THICK!

If i named the thread "So... I hooked up my pod"

Should i have to say that in there somewhere again?

I mean... it's pretty much ASSUMED that i hooked up my pod yeah?

Either think faster, or read slower

I put the pod in and i have now SOLD my panel!
